Full Annual Support

This includes the following:-

12 months Monitored* Anti-Virus / Malware / Ransomware Protection for each computer under the support agreement - Solid reliable protection
Covers Desktop/Tower/Laptop computer systems, Printers, Mobile phones and Tablets (Apple Ios or Android) and Televisions Wi-Fi access and setup
One annual support MOT visit PLUS 2 x 40 minute no cost visits included at a time of your choosing at any point during the 12 months of your support agreement
10% discount on additional chargeable on site visit time (excludes parts)
Priority callouts for support client users
Free remote access support* up to 60 minutes
Quarterly blog/newsletter via website and regular communication by Facebook
Telephone support is included between the hours of 9am to 9.00pm Mon to Fri 9.00am to 1.00pm Saturday
On site visits between the hours of 10am to 7pm Monday to Friday Saturday 9am to 1pm

Option 2

Remote support only and Avast protection package

This includes remote support, 2 x 40 minute on-site visit included, blog/newsletter, with discounted visits at 10% off our normal rates

Cost £140.00 inc VAT per annum. (Price held for a second year!) Tablets TV’s Mobiles are included (see full service option). Additional PCs or laptops can be included in the agreement at a cost of £75.00 inc VAT.

12 month Monitor Business Class AV Protection

This is for 12 month antivirus/Ransomware Protection only Discounted for additional computers Daily reports are sent to our team who monitor daily system status We will proactively work with you to enable support to be delivered Cost £75.00 PC/Laptop

Option 4

Remote Support for our long distance clients £120 per annum

For Business we offer a tailored service based upon the above public services offerings. There may be an initial charge to stabilised pre-infected or damaged computers and systems before we apply our support service offering.

A non-invasive site survey is normally required for all users.
* Monitored means we receive a non-invasive daily system state report.
**There is normally no charge unless during the visit some emergency remediation is required.
